Physical Therapist
US Foot & Ankle Specialists is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team. While many of our patients are recovering from foot and ankle conditions, injuries, or surgeries, you’ll also work with a wide range of orthopedic and mobility challenges. Helping patients of all ages regain strength, function, and independence.

Physical Therapist Essential Functions / Responsibilities
Perform evaluations, physical exams, and functional assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals
Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and education on recovery/prevention
Accurately document progress and outcomes in EMR
Collaborate with podiatrists, surgeons, and other providers for coordinated care
Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient-focused clinic environment
Physical Therapist Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in state of practice (required)
Graduate of an accredited PT program (DPT or equivalent)
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Outpatient ortho/foot & ankle rehab experience a plus
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Physical Therapist Pay Range
$46- $54/hr based on experience
Physical Therapist Schedule
Full-time role
Primarily outpatient clinic setting
Occasional travel to nearby locations for coverage
