Apply specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, developmental disorders, and addictions. Administer and interpret psychosocial functioning tests and measures for diagnosis. Develop and implement assessment‑based treatment plans. Consult with team, agencies, and relatives to ensure compliance with treatment plans. Provide crisis‑oriented psychotherapy, short‑term and long‑term psychotherapy and psychotherapeutic treatment. Document patient therapy in accordance with federal and state regulations. Requirements
Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) credentialed from Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board within 60 days of hire. Master’s degree in Social Work. 3 years of clinical experience preferred. Preferences
Masters of Social Work and LCSW clinical licensure required. Renal transplant experience preferred. Why Join Our Team
