Team Lead/ Home Manager – Full Time

Base Pay Range $43,900.00/yr - $43,900.00/yr
Responsibilities may include:
Ensure that individuals receive quality services and are engaged with the community.
Coordinate and manage all services and supports for individuals, including medical appointments, household management, behavior management, financial services, benefits, etc.
Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
Assist in the ongoing development of behavior support strategies and ensure implementation, including providing training and assessing effectiveness.
Collaborate with all members of the individuals’ service team to ensure great communication and customer service.
Supervise Direct Support Professionals, ensuring they are thoroughly trained and providing the best possible services.
Monitor staffing hours to ensure appropriate services are provided and coverage is in place for all shifts.
Provide great customer service to individuals served, families/guardians, the county board, and all members of the service team.
Requirements for this position include:
High school diploma/GED.
Previous DSP supervision preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Supervisory or management experience.
Displays strong communication skills and possesses excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
