Responsibilities
Inform clients of scope of practice, Therapeutic Behavioral Support (TBS) or Psychiatric Social Rehabilitation (PSR), and describe supervision status. Perform limited assessment of client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans as appropriate. Coordinate interventions with a multi‑disciplinary team and provide case management service delivery in collaboration with clients and supervisor. Develop a professional trusting relationship with clients and families. Help clients obtain needed material resources and provide support during crisis situations. Teach coping skills to promote greater self‑reliance and community engagement. Advocate for client rights and dignity in the community. Maintain efficient clinical documentation within 24 hours of services. Participate in program needs assessment, peer review, and performance improvement activities. Comply with supervision requirements and scope of practice. Engage in community outreach and education, including mental health prevention programs and consultation with supervision. Provide at least 50% productivity (≥90 hours of billable services per month). Comply with confidentiality and protected health information rules. Attend staff meetings, in‑services, case conferences, and supervision as scheduled. Perform other duties as assigned to support agency functioning. Qualifications
4‑year degree (or higher) from an accredited institution with 3+ years of experience working with the SPMI/PMI population; an associate’s degree with less than 3 years experience may be considered. Driver’s license and liability insurance (100,000/300,000). Ability to transport clients in personal vehicle when necessary. In‑house supervision available from appropriate staff. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills with clients and community. Competency in areas prerequisite for performing the activities noted above. Proficient computer skills for clinical documentation in CareLogic and writing in WORD or via email. Physical Demands

The employee may stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear in community settings, occasionally lift up to 10 pounds, drive a vehicle with a valid license and safe record, and tolerate uneven surfaces and variable weather conditions.
