RN Nursing Supervisor FT PT Per Diem

RN Registered Nurse License required. Long term care experience required.

Job Summary

Position: Nursing Supervisor RN Registered Nurse

Location: 778 Middlebury Road, Middlebury, CT

Salary: Competitive with benefits; weekend differential pay $1/hr

Schedule options: 7a‑3pm full‑time + weekend on‑call rotation; 11‑7 Monday‑Thursday; 7pm‑7am every weekend; Per Diem all shifts

Responsibilities

Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring medication distribution, blood draws, and other patient care elements

Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift

Provide education to staff, residents and families as needed

Ensure staff perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

Perform other duties as assigned by assistant director of nursing, director of nursing or administrator

Qualifications

Active RN license in Connecticut

Knowledge of PCC

Previous long‑term care experience required
