Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant. Location: In facility. Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities, following developed recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments. You are a healer and a helper, adept at addressing the whole patient and treating them as an individual. You work to restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence. You adapt to the patient's needs and enjoy the variety of work and settings. You collaborate with peers and refer to additional care as needed. You put patients first, ensuring they and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere. Hiring Process
