Full‑time and part‑time positions available
– Pay rate depends on position, shift, certifications, and experience, ranging from $17.75 to $20.25/hr. Hiring immediately!
Responsibilities As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at our residential program located in Boothbay Harbor, ME, you will provide direct care support to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. Your responsibilities include:
Serving as a role model for clients.
Administering medication and assisting with personal care.
Encouraging clients to be as independent as possible at home and in the community.
Attending and actively promoting recreational, social outings, and activities.
Using New Communities company vehicles for client transportation.

Per diem/relief DSP positions available in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Day, evening, and overnight shifts available. Per diem shifts cover all shifts, especially overnight and weekend.
