Office-Based Licensed Mental Health Therapist We are looking for both

Office-Based Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team at our

Springdale

location! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Perform regular wellness checks

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Ohio licensed mental health clinician (must be an LPC, LSW, LPCC, LISW, LPCC-S, LISW-S, MFT)

Licensed Interns are welcome

Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
