This is a part-time, on-site role for a Weekend Supervisor & Primary Therapist at our Saylorsburg, PA location. Responsibilities include serving as the weekend supervisor to oversee operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, facilitating therapeutic group sessions, conducting individual therapy, and coordinating care plans. The role also includes supporting program staff, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with the center’s multidisciplinary treatment team to promote recovery.

Qualifications

Licensed professional credentials (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with experience in mental health counseling or therapy

Strong skills in individual therapy, group facilitation, and care coordination

Knowledge and experience in treating eating disorders and related mental health concerns

Exemplary leadership, organization, and communication abilities

Capacity to work effectively and compassionately with diverse individuals and families

Proficiency in maintaining and completing clinical documentation accurately and on time

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

Previous experience in residential or inpatient treatment settings is beneficial

Commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for clients
