Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and treatment outcomes
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
Education: Minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing or related field
Experience: 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred
Certifications: Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Nebraska & CPR/BLS
