Are you passionate about evidence‑based therapeutic interventions?

We are seeking a full‑time Clinical Therapist (MST & FFT Clinician/Therapist) to provide mental health services to referred youth (ages 10‑21) and their families.

Therapy will be delivered in participants' homes and in virtual settings, supporting intensive community‑based intervention for youth at risk or with a history of out‑of‑home placement or community justice involvement.

Job Responsibilities

Carry a caseload as assigned.

Provide virtual/home‑based therapy adhering to model fidelity requirements.

Actively participate in a therapy team, attending weekly team and individual supervision meetings.

Assist families by referring them to appropriate services and supports, both clinical and concrete.

Maintain case progress notes and regularly report to external stakeholders.

Participate in all training, supervision, and consultation activities.

Preferred Experience

(* required for bachelor’s and master’s levels)

Direct use of pragmatic family therapies.

Individual therapy with youth and adults using cognitive‑behavioral techniques.

Marital therapy using behaviorally based approaches.

Behavioral therapy targeting school behavior and academic performance.

Implementation of interventions within or between systems in the youth’s natural ecology (family, peer, school, neighborhood).

Preferred Knowledge

(* required for bachelor’s and master’s levels)

Family systems theory and application.

Social‑ecological theory and application.

Behavioral therapies theory and application.

Cognitive‑behavioral therapy theory and application.

Pragmatic family therapies theory and application.

Child development research and its application in treatment.

Social skills assessment and intervention.

Basic counseling and process skills.

Education Preference Master’s degree in social work (MSW), mental health counseling (MHC), marriage and family therapy (MFT), psychology, counseling, education, or another relevant human service profession is preferred; required for site supervisor position.
