Responsibilities
Designs and implements treatment/intervention reflective of identified patient needs, stated in terms of expected outcome, including strategy to achieve stated outcomes.
Completes and bills documentation for sessions within 24 hours.
Maintains EEHR records in accordance with policy requirements.
Attends and participates in required number of clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews per MN 545i and DHS Standards.
Attends Board Approved Supervision and DHS Standards as assigned by Quality Assurance.
Responds to patient complaints in coordination with Clinic Director.
Consults with Outpatient Clinic Director and Board Approved Supervisor on complex cases.
Will make referrals to NAL OMHP’s, MD’s, Home Based program, ARMHS Program, Chemical Dependency Program and developing NAL programs for mental health services whenever possible.
Requirements
Fully Independently licensed Mental Health therapist or must be on a licensure track for a Mental Health Professional in Minnesota and almost done with supervision hours if hours are needed
Must meet the definition of a Clinical Trainee as defined by MN State Statute 245I.04 Subd 6. Which includes:
Mental Health Therapist Trainee has completed an accredited graduate program of study to prepare the staff person for independent licensure as a mental health professional and, is following the requirements of the applicable health-related licensing board (LMFT, LP, LICSW, LMFT), including requirements for supervised practice.
Ability to work in a positive and cooperative fashion.
Summary Compensation: We offer multiple pay options to meet your professional and financial goals! The compensation may vary based on education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
Salary
Licensed: $68,000 – 75,000
Temp Licensed: $50,000-55,000
Commission Based
Licensed: $66,000 – 124,000
