Behavioral Health Technician For Adolescent Home - Swing Shift
Sanctuary Recovery Centers is looking for a Behavioral Health Technician to work in our adolescent home. As a BHT, you will serve as a positive role model and support the well‑being of youth through year‑round activities, program planning and documentation.
Responsibilities
Provide behavioral support to a single adolescent member.
Deliver direct patient care in a group‑home setting.
Communicate with medical staff and co‑workers about changes in the patient’s condition, vital signs and symptoms.
Respond to changes in the patient’s behavioral status.
Maintain the member’s routine schedules, including medications and appointments.
Transport members to and from appointments.
Accurately document observed behavior.
Qualifications
Age 21 or older.
HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field preferred.
Previous experience working with children/adolescents with behavioral/emotional needs required.
Valid Arizona Driver’s License with 36‑month history check.
Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions.
Drug test within 24 hours of offer; must be negative.
Pre‑employment physical and job‑demand assessment (if applicable).
Experience and Certifications
Behavioral health experience: 3 years (required).
Working with adolescents: 3 years (required).
Finger print Clearance Card (required).
Ability to relocate to Phoenix, AZ 85022 before starting work.

12‑hour shift
8‑hour shift
Day shift
Night shift
On‑call
Overnight shift
