What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. They deliver direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
Shifts Available:
On Call
12 hr shifts
Day shift and Overnight shift available
Days will vary
Expected starting wage range is $19.67 - $23.71, with the full range up to $27.75. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges based on the location of the role. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Shift differentials for hourly staff include 6% for PM Shift and 10% for Overnight Shift. Weekend shift differentials include 5% for Weekend AM, 11% for Weekend PM, and 15% for Weekend Overnight shifts.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting OR BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting
Knowledge of basic nursing skills, mental and physical health conditions, and terminologies
Current Washington Agency Affiliated Counselor certification or other appropriate WADOH credential (e.g., CNA)
