About the Role We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team at our program in Honey Brook, PA. This is an immediate hiring opportunity.
No Experience Required – We Provide PAID Training.
Pay Rate:
$16.25 per hour

Responsibilities
Create long-term impacts on individuals' lives
Encourage, mentor, and coach others to achieve their goals
Teach residents to navigate daily living activities such as housekeeping and laundry
Assist with daily and personal activities to enhance independence
Perform work under appropriate procedures under the supervision of the House Manager who reviews results through living area observation, residents' responsiveness, inspection, reports, and periodic meetings
Qualifications
Strong desire to create long-term impacts on individuals' lives
Enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others
Entry level – No prior experience required
