Flagstar Nursing is seeking Physical Therapists to staff Skilled Nursing Facilities and Rehab Departments throughout NYC and Long Island. The PTs work with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate, treat, and educate patients and families, improving physical and cognitive function.

Hourly Pay Rate:
$46/hour (W-2), $57/hour (1099)
Responsibilities
Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for PTAs to follow.
Supervise PTAs daily.
Deliver quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, covering conditions such as TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses.
Monitor and document patient progress using innovative EMR software.
