Sign-On Bonus: Sliding scale based on experience
Full‑Time | Outpatient Setting
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Base Salary: $65,000/year + Incentive
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group outpatient therapy
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and complete discharge summaries
Maintain timely and accurate progress notes and documentation in EHR
Submit billing documentation per agency and funding requirements
Collaborate with referral sources and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in clinical consultations, team meetings, and trainings
Deliver services in person and via telehealth as approved
Adhere to agency policies and DHS Chapters 35, 36 & 75
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work or related field (preferred)
Active WI license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (no temporary/in‑training licenses)
Minimum 1 year of experience providing mental health therapy
Experience with substance use and dual diagnosis preferred
Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills
