Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate resident care activities during assigned shifts
Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, and aides)
Perform resident assessments, monitor changes in condition, and implement care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy
Serve as the primary clinical resource and point of contact for staff, providers, and families
Ensure accurate, timely documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
Respond to emergencies and manage incident reporting and follow-up
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality outcomes and resident safety
Qualifications
Current RN or LPN/LVN license in good standing
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills
