Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Med Surg Nurse you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high‑quality care that truly impacts our patients' well‑being and recovery. Deliver the best possible care to your set of assigned patients
Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging
Create, plan, and implement patients' care plans and adjust accordingly
Assess and coordinate the patient's discharge planning needs
Admit, treat, and discharge medical patients
Job Requirements
Unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the State of Arkansas
6 months of acute care experience is required (new graduates or nurses who have never worked in an acute care setting are hired through our residency training program)
Previous oncology/chemo experience is preferred, but not required
BLS through the American Heart Association is required

Pay Range $32.28 - $44.14 per hour
