Base Pay Range

Registered Nurse (RN) , you play a key role in fulfilling our mission to

The

Registered Nurse (RN)

provides direct patient care and clinical coordination within our behavioral health units, delivering quality, compassionate care for child (ages 5‑17), adult, geriatric, and forensic patients. You’ll work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.

Reports to: Chief Nursing Officer .

FLSA: Non‑Exempt . Education & Licensure Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ADN) required; BSN preferred. Current unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts (or compact state) required. Certifications

BLS (CPR) – required upon hire CPI or Handle With Care – preferred ACLS – preferred CRRN – preferred Required Skills & Experience

Graduate of an accredited nursing program 6+ months Med/Surg experience – preferred Behavioral Health or Psychiatric experience – preferred Strong communication, assessment, and de‑escalation skills Calm, compassionate, and focused under pressure Team‑oriented with a passion for patient‑centered care Understanding of Trauma‑informed care – preferred Essential Job Functions

Participate as a key collaborator on the patient team during the behavioral health journey Provide direct nursing care according to established standards and procedures Assess patient conditions, develop individualized care plans, and document progress Administer medications and treatments safely Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other clinicians to coordinate care Support psychiatric emergencies and crisis interventions Promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect Engage in professional development and performance improvement initiatives Communicate effectively with patients’ families, legal guardians, and regulatory bodies Department Overview
