Facilitates communication among departments and applies problem-solving skills to address complex clinical and operational issues. Monitors staff performance, provides mentorship, and takes corrective actions to ensure competency and improvement. Selects, hires, orients, and evaluates employees, recommending promotions as appropriate. Develops and modifies individualized care plans in coordination with spine care team members, addressing physical and emotional needs. Conducts follow-up assessments, evaluates the effectiveness of interventions, and adjusts care plans as needed. Leads the documentation and distribution of feedback regarding patients who have received spine care. Participates in patient rounds, collaborates with healthcare professionals, and assists with discharge planning. Facilitates an evidence-based practice and performance improvement spine care team, staying current with emerging trends. Gathers, analyzes, and presents spine care program data to monitor clinical, operational, quality, and market goals. Qualification Requirements Bachelor's (Required)
