Job Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care and support to residents’ nutritional needs.
Collaborate with other dietitians and facility clinical team to deliver personalized nutrition plans.
Complete necessary clinical assessments, chart within the EMR, and attend meetings regarding resident care and progress.
Conduct meal rounds as needed, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus.
Job Requirements
Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or a Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with verification statement.
State licensure as required by location.
Strong communication skills, effective teamwork, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
