LPN or RN Monday-Friday 3:30PM-8:30PM

Responsibilities
Providing 1-on-1 patient care with personalized attention.
Following care plans to ensure the highest quality of nursing care.
Monitoring patient conditions and maintaining accurate patient charts.
Assisting with daily activities to enhance the patient's quality of life.
Requirements
Active LPN or RN license.
A positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills.
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to multi-task.
A compassionate heart ready to make a difference for the family you care for.
