About This Role Kansas State University's Aerospace and Technology Campus in Salina is seeking a dedicated

Admissions Representative/Recruiter

to serve as a liaison from KSU Salina campus to prospective learners. This is done by the incumbent remaining well-informed regarding academic programs, options and services available at KSU Salina and then communicating the options and services effectively. As a part of a cohesiveness team focused on outreach, the incumbent will assist prospects with understanding the process and providing ongoing support using multiple communication methods

About Us Kansas State University's Aerospace and Technology Campus is located in Salina, Kansas - a town of approximately 50,000 in close proximity to two major highways, and 65 miles west of K-State's main campus in Manhattan. What You'll Need to Succeed Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to interact effectively with prospects from a variety of backgrounds and in varying situations.

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Excellent organizational skills.

Experience in recruitment in Higher Education, Marketing, Client Services, or Consulting.

Bi-lingual in English/Spanish a plus

Additional licenses / registrations / certifications:

Valid Driver's License upon employment.

Additional Role Information:

Must have flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Travel required.

Sponsorship eligibility:

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
