InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one‑on‑one geriatric care in homes throughout Austin. Flexible schedules, supportive team, and the opportunity to improve lives. Key Responsibilities
Deliver in‑home physical therapy services Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs for adult and geriatric patients Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation Benefits
