Role Description The Healthcare Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Thomasville, GA and Florida. This position involves sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet facility staffing needs. Responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, managing job postings, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. The recruiter will provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards to support both client staffing requirements and candidate satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience with Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting

Proficiency in Hiring processes and techniques

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills

Ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships effectively

Strong organizational and time-management capabilities

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus

Previous experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred
