Acute Care / Telemetry Track
For the nurse who:
Excels at managing complex patient conditions, monitoring critical trends, and building strong therapeutic relationships. You are detail-oriented, a skilled communicator, and provide expert care for patients on the road to recovery.
Schedules:
Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN across various shifts.
Surgical Services Track
Units:
Operating Room (OR), Perioperative Services
For the nurse who:
Is meticulous, thrives in a procedural environment, and is passionate about the entire surgical journey. You are a technical expert, a steadfast patient advocate, and a crucial member of the surgical team.
Schedules:
Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN across various shifts.
The Ultimate Flexibility: Float Pool
For the nurse who:
Loves variety, adapts quickly, and possesses broad clinical knowledge. You are a resource to multiple units, enjoy new challenges daily, and are the ultimate team player.
Schedules:
Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN across various shifts (Days, Nights).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or Diploma required; BSN preferred).
Licensure:
Current RN License in Georgia or a Multi-State Compact License.
Certification:
Current BLS certification required upon hire.
ACLS, PALS, NRP, or other specialty certifications are required or highly preferred for specific tracks (e.g., ICU, ED, NICU).
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience is required for most positions.
Experience in the relevant specialty area is strongly preferred. New graduates are encouraged to inquire about designated residency positions.
Skills:
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
