Indiana University Health Medical Group and the IU School of Medicine Division of Cardiovascular Medicine are seeking a Non‑Invasive/General Cardiologist. Join our mission‑aligned academic health division in Indianapolis where faculty can advance state‑of‑the‑art cardiovascular services in collaboration with highly skilled colleagues across multidisciplinary teams.
Position Details
Outpatient and inpatient settings serving patients with the full spectrum of cardiovascular conditions
Access to state‑of‑the‑art cardiovascular diagnostics and therapeutics
Teaching opportunities with fellows, residents, medical students, and opportunities to work with research scientists, graduate students, and postdoctoral trainees
Qualifications
Must be MD or DO
BE/BC in Cardiology and Echocardiography
Active, extramurally‑funded research is a plus
Commitment to the tripartite scholarly missions
Collegiality and professionalism with multidisciplinary team members required
Compensation Details We offer a strong compensation model with sign‑on bonus and production bonus. Comprehensive benefits include group insurance (health, dental, life, disability), 401(k) with company match, PTO, relocation assistance, and occurrence‑based malpractice insurance coverage.

IU Health is building a new downtown hospital and campus, consolidating adjacent IU Health Methodist and University Hospitals. Construction is underway, expected to open in late 2027, featuring three 16‑story towers with 864 beds. IU School of Medicine is also constructing a medical education and research building east of the new hospital.
