LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Conroe, TX and surrounding areas.
Pay Range $25-$37/hr

Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New grads welcome, training provided!)
Provide care in a client home setting
Ability to make a positive and lasting impression
Job Duties
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care.
Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
Coordinate care.
Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
