Speech‑Language Pathologist (Contract | Hybrid) Aligned Horizons Therapy – Palm Coast / Volusia–Flagler Area Aligned Horizons Therapy is a boutique, values‑driven speech‑language therapy practice serving pediatric and adult clients through meaningful, relationship‑based care. We are growing and beginning to explore adding another Speech‑Language Pathologist to support an active caseload and waitlist. This role is ideal for an SLP who values autonomy, flexibility, and clinical integrity, and who is seeking work that supports both professional growth and real work‑life balance. What This Role Looks Like:
Provide high‑quality speech‑language therapy to pediatric and/or adult clients in home, daycare, and community settings. Collaborate within a small, supportive team focused on functional, real‑life therapy (not productivity quotas). Maintain timely documentation with support and systems in place. Build meaningful relationships with clients and families in a calm, sustainable caseload model. What We Offer:
