Work Details
Full Time – 40 hours per week
Flexible schedule; must be available Monday, Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 6:00 pm–9:00 pm
No weekends or major holidays; can work 8‑ or 10‑hour shifts
Hourly position – fully remote
Responsibilities
Initial assessments to develop patient‑centered treatment plans
Provide care in both individual and group therapy sessions
Facilitate family sessions as needed
Complete all documentation regarding patient care, treatment, and incidents promptly
Evaluate patients’ needs for aftercare planning and complete prior to discharge
Provide crisis intervention to patients as needed
Deliver evidence‑based care in diagnosis and treatment of mental illness and substance use disorders within an interdisciplinary team
Ensure quality of care is safe, effective, patient‑centered, timely, efficient, and equitable
Education & Experience Required
Master's (or Doctoral) degree in clinical or counseling psychology with at least one year supervised post‑master’s experience
OR Master’s degree in Social Work with at least two years post‑master’s experience in a mental health/chemical dependency setting
Licensing & Certifications
Licensed Psychologist; or Limited Licensed Psychologist; or Licensed Master’s in Social Work (limited license acceptable)
Certified Substance Use Disorder Therapist with CAADC or CAADC‑DP
