Responsibilities
Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and individualized physical therapy care plan.
Document all records in a timely and accurate manner.
Follow established policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
Recognize and respond to patient care priorities with initiative and sound judgment.
Complete required orientations, in‑services, and trainings successfully and in a timely manner.
Perform other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications
Valid professional license in the state of practice.
Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited school. Foreign‑trained programs must be deemed substantially equivalent to a U.S. entry‑level physical therapy education by an APTA‑approved credentialing organization.
