Position Highlights
0.25 FTE opportunity working with fall and spring cohort fellows during their 12-month long program one day a week
Supervise, teach, and mentor APCs enrolled in the fellowship program
Directly responsible for giving learners formal feedback daily, reviewing and observing direct patient care, and attesting APC fellow documentation
Responsible for teaching principles of point-of-care evidence-based medicine, and participate in their own development as faculty
Collaborate with and provide feedback to APC Fellowship Task Force for continuous improvement of the APC Fellowship program
Qualifications
PA-C or NP
Minimum experience of at least 3 years in a Primary Care clinic setting and Board certification in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or Internal Medicine
Active Wisconsin medical license and in good standing as well as in good standing within organization and current clinical practice setting
