Provide comprehensive nursing care to orthopedic inpatients, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal recovery.
Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and monitor progress.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment and discharge planning.
Administer medications, treatments, and assist with procedures as needed.
Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and orthopedic health.
