Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary rehab environment.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams (PT, OT, physicians, nursing)
Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, strategies, and progress
Participate in team meetings, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (or in progress)
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a rehab-focused, patient-centered setting
Experience in inpatient rehab, outpatient, SNF, or acute care preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
