Salary $42 – $47 per hour plus uncapped incentive plan

Responsibilities
Develop patient care plans with the dentist using AAP guidelines
Manage schedule to provide comprehensive patient care and education
Expand knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development
Collaborate with other dental team members to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications
Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
