*We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.*As an Insurance Assistant at Provenance Wealth Advisors, you will play an integral role within the Insurance Unit supporting the delivery of insurance solutions within a comprehensive wealth management platform. This role focuses on administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient processes in the insurance unit. The position will collaborate closely with Advisor teams to ensure a seamless client and advisor experience from product illustration through policy delivery.**DESCRIPTION****Technical Responsibilities*** Assist with preparation and submission of insurance applications across multiple carriers.* Track and maintain all insurance cases and activities using CRM systems and internal reporting tools.* Coordinate medical exams and third-party requirements for underwriting.* Run basic insurance illustrations (life, disability, LTC) and request advanced illustrations as needed.* Ensure compliance with carrier guidelines, as well as State and broker-dealer regulation.* Organize unit digital insurance files and ensure CRM records are complete and accurate.* Monitor industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to ensure best practices and product suitability.**Advisor Support Responsibilities*** Coordinate medical exams and application logistics with Advisor teams.* Act as a point of escalation for Advisor team insurance service matters requiring deeper expertise or carrier coordination.* Collaborate with Advisor teams to review open cases, illustration requests, and upcoming business opportunities.* Partner with teams and other internal departments to ensure consistency and accuracy throughout the insurance process.* Support a culture of accountability by meeting timelines and proactively updating stakeholders on task progress.* Provide additional insurance support to the Insurance Unit as needed.**Work environment*** This role is based in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.* Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, conferences, and client engagements.* The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.* This role requires the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.**Education/Experience*** Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.* 1–3 years of experience in insurance or related field.* Active Florida 2-15 license (Life, Health, and Variable Annuity) or ability to obtain within the 1st year.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).**Affirmative Action/EEO Statement**Provenance Wealth Advisors is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
