Behavior One Autism Solutions is now hiring one Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments in Orange and Los Angeles Counties and report clinical quality metrics to the Clinical Director.
Hours of Operation
Monday–Friday 8:00 am–8:00 pm (session times are based on employee availability)

Pay
Hourly Pay equivalent to $85,000.00–$100,000.00 per year
Opportunities for up to $120,000.00 per year with bonus incentive

Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
Design ABA treatment programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other behavioral disabilities.
Ensure integrity of program implementation.
Monitor effectiveness of treatment plans and modify programs as needed.
Analyze data and create graphs for visual and analysis of data.
Develop the behavioral/clinical skill sets and clinical decision‑making skills for a team of behavior technicians.
Provide individualized client‑centered parent training.
Facilitate clinical team meetings (CTMs).
Participate actively in professional growth opportunities such as staff trainings and supervision.
Model appropriate behavior intervention strategies for behavior technicians and caregivers.
Check in with caregivers about client behavior/progress.
Engage in active listening and positive interaction with clients and caregivers.
Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians and case supervisors.
Generate and complete progress reports.
Conduct initial behavioral assessments.
Use assessment tools (i.e., Vineland‑3, VB‑MAPP, etc.) to assess progress.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of a master’s degree in a related field is required.
Must be a current Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Have previous clinical experience as an autism service provider in home or in a school setting with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Prior supervisory experience overseeing a team of ABA staff.
Skills
Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skills.
Self‑disciplined: Able to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent team player attitude and customer service orientation.
