SUMMARY
As an HVAC Installer you will perform HVAC system installations, including but not limited to, furnaces, air‑handlers, condensers, heat pumps, evaporator coils, refrigeration line sets, high and low voltage electrical circuits, ductless split systems, condensation lines, supply and return airduct systems, registers, thermostats, venting, natural gas and propane.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Install new, retrofit and changeout of residential HVAC systems.
Complete entire process of an installation at an advanced level from demolition to commissioning of new equipment, with little supervision.
Document commissioning of new equipment, including but not limited to, subcooling, superheat, amperages and airflow.
Survey and assess residences for potential new projects.
Draft equipment, material and scope of work documentation.
Utilize working knowledge of residential building codes and compliance regulations.
Manage resources to account for all equipment, material, tools and parts for specific jobs and company van.
Communicate with customer to better understand needs of the project, explain options and guarantees.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION
EPA, NATE or other equivalent HVAC certificates a plus
2+ yrs. Installation experience of residential HVAC systems or equivalent combined experience as an HVAC Apprentice and completed HVAC training program
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Customer focused and able to present in a positive manner, effectively solving customers' problems
Recognize and encourage behavior that promotes teamwork
Flexibility to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime
