Collaborate with our media team to create engaging, cinematic listing videos and social media content.
Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a seamless and satisfying buying or selling experience.
Engage in consistent prospecting to generate leads and expand your client base.
Participate in coaching sessions with Rhonda Gailey and our top-producing agents to enhance your skills.
Represent Gailey Enterprises with professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions.
Utilize cutting-edge marketing tools and technology to dominate your market area effectively.
Qualifications
Experience in luxury real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
Proven track record of successful negotiations, securing favorable outcomes for clients.
Comfortable and confident on camera, ready to showcase properties and personal brand on national TV.
Ability to collaborate with media teams to create compelling marketing content that enhances property visibility.
Experience in leveraging networks to generate leads and expand client base.
Up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends to provide informed advice and insights to clients.
Must be a licensed Realtor.
Compensation $85,500 - $105,000 yearly
