Pay - $29.00 - $31.00/per hour depending upon skills and experience related to the role and monthly bonuses
Bonuses for all associates at the properties - Monthly bonuses based on the team's performance for everyone, and leasing bonuses for all associates with sales responsibilities

Position Details The Temporary Assistant Community Manager (Temporary Assistant Property Manager) assists the Community Manager in ensuring a positive working environment, quality community living, and a high standard of operations to meet IMT’s objectives.
Assist residents and provide outstanding customer service that will build lasting relationships
Perform bookkeeping including rent collection, delinquency and move-out statements
n Renew existing leases
Stay abreast of Fair Housing laws and regulations
Conduct market research, project leasing activity, and assist with business outreach marketing, resident functions, and other promotional programs
Use softwares to enter information and pull various reports
Additional projects and/or duties as assigned by Community Manager
Please apply if have:
Multi-family housing experience
General knowledge of property bookkeeping and the desire to learn more about financials
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to connect with a variety of people
Verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
The ability to work well in a high volume and sometimes stressful environment
The ability to make sound business decisions
A positive attitude, and the desire to learn and develop your skills
College education helpful
Availability to work weekends may be required because that is when many customers and your team may need you
Computer skills to enter and close service tickets
Active and valid driver license is required
