Position Overview
The Position:
Clinical Supervisor. Responsible for overseeing clinical functions of staff to ensure quality of care, professional development of clinicians, and adherence to agency policies.
Office Location/Shift:
Hybrid. Candidate will report to closest office location.
Compensation and Benefits $85,000 - $95,000 annually based on experience.

Qualifications
Master's Degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in DMH-contracted mental health settings
2 years post BBS licensure
2 years of supervisory experience preferred
Word Processing
Email, Internet
Ability to learn clinical software
Basic office skills (typing, telephone, copier)
Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screening
Ability to commute to various sites on and off campus
Ability to work extended hours as needed
DOJ, FBI, Child Abuse Index clearance
Insurability under Corporate Automobile Insurance
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that Mental Health Clinicians are in full regulatory compliance and services delivered according to best practices.
Provide individual and group supervision for clinicians in accordance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and agency policy.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Compliance Team members to ensure documentation compliance.
Work with other department supervisors/managers to increase clear communication and mutual support between programs.
Monitor and ensure adherence of programs to all governing bodies.
Review care records to verify required treatment documentation meets agency and professional standards.
Review and monitor all agency protocols and practices.
Assist clinicians in developing treatment plans that provide quality services and are sensitive to cultural issues.
Other related duties as assigned.
