The Bleeding & Clotting Disorders Institute (BCDI) seeks a Vice President of Research (VP of Research) to join their industry‑leading team in Peoria, Illinois (IL). We are seeking a like‑minded individual who is focused on providing integrated, patient‑focused, family‑oriented, and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities and Opportunities
Experience with clinical and translational research in Hematology
Join us at the forefront of hemostasis and thrombosis medicine
Option to focus 100% on research or have a mixture of research and dedicated clinical time
State‑of‑the‑art facility
Public Student Loan Forgiveness
Ideal Experience
Program development
Conducting, analyzing, and reporting research findings
Grant writing and funding acquisition for research projects
Seeking an MD/DO or PhD Candidate – MD/DO candidates with training in Pediatric or Adult Hematology are preferred
Compensation
Salary in the range of $100,000–$140,000 – Negotiable
Physician candidates with clinical practice will earn a salary in the range of $225,000–$280,000 – Negotiable based on experience
Comprehensive platinum level benefits and a retirement plan with a 5% match
