Advisor-Information Services Portfolio

This position is full-time hybrid, onsite up to 50% with in-state, same-day travel.
Role Responsibilities
Indiana University Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as Portfolio Advisor for Construction & IT Infrastructure.
This individual will be responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of infrastructure and technology design for capital construction projects across the state.
This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring IU Health's commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery through the development and integration of industry-leading infrastructure standards.
Analyze reports in order to resolve open and/or outstanding invoices.
Develop and promote effective Information Technology portfolio management strategies across the full range of technology assets used within the organization.
Leads the ongoing definition and refinement of the IS portfolio, aligning it with the health system's evolving strategic goals and priorities.
Partners with business and IS leadership to communicate portfolio goals, objectives, and potential outcomes, fostering a shared vision for value realization.
Directs the creation and maintenance of required portfolio documentation and artifacts, including performance dashboards and reports.
Monitors and coordinates dependencies across projects and programs within the portfolio and resolves conflicts to ensure smooth execution.
Apply Lean techniques to continuously optimize the portfolio, focusing on delivering maximum value with minimal consumption of resources.
Develops and monitors the portfolio budget, ensuring investments deliver value within agreed spending plans.

Reports to: Bob Parr
Candidate Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred).
Requires 6-8 or more years of experience in IT business/industry, preferably within a large healthcare system.
PMP Certification (preferred).
