Responsibilities
Complete the Trinity Skills Checklist. Verify personal health history including vaccinations and tests such as COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, and Varicella. Submit required professional documentation including education verification, criminal background checks, and codes of conduct. Maintain compliance with patient and personnel information security agreements. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
License/Certificate Verification required for the role. Completion of a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen. You've passed the fit test as part of your health requirements. Complete and submit the Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form. Why ARMStaffing?
