Where You Will Work:
Join the heartbeat of healing on 3W at Aurora Oshkosh—where teamwork thrives, pediatric smiles inspire, and every shift brings purpose. Our 16 bed general med/surg unit provides patient care for a variety of different diagnoses including peritoneal dialysis and pediatrics.
This unit is known to be fast paced with a great variety of patient populations. They have a strong sense of team to provide the highest quality of patient care.
We’re Looking For:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
PALS within 6 months of hire
What You’ll Do:
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
