Job Objective/Summary The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) provides comprehensive primary and preventative healthcare services to individuals and families in a clinic setting. The APRN practices independently and/or collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage conditions across the lifespan. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, health education, disease prevention, and community engagement in a rural environment. The APRN will round in our long‑term care facility Lawrence Hall Health and Rehabilitation and Med Surg as instructed.

Job Education, Licenses/Certifications, Knowledge & Experience Completion of an accredited nursing program. Must hold a valid and active license in good standing as an APRN. DEA license required. Must be ACLS, PALS, and BLS certified. Must hold the AGACNP-BC credential. Strong knowledge of nursing principals, practices and procedures. Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
