Speech-Language Pathologist (Bilingual English/Spanish) – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person
Ampersand Therapy is hiring passionate, bilingual Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year. We offer full‑time and part‑time positions serving preschool, elementary, and secondary schools, exclusively in‑person across Illinois.

Position Details Schedule:
Full‑Time or Part‑Time Location:

ASAP Service Area:
Speech evaluations, therapy, IEP development, documentation, and team collaboration
Your Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech‑language evaluations and provide treatment services
Complete IEPs and related documentation
Collaborate closely with special education teams
Manage assigned caseload (discussed during interview)
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
Illinois state license or willingness to acquire ASAP
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech‑Language Pathologist endorsement or willingness to acquire ASAP
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Experience in school or special education settings preferred
