R25095387**Summary****Job Description:****MRI Technologist - PRN****Call Rotation Required**Operate magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)/computed tomography (CT) equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images of patients for medical interpretation.**Job Duties:*** Operate CT and MRI equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images of the body according to established protocols and physician orders.* Perform basic image processing techniques such as windowing, reconstruction, and multiplanar reformatting to enhance visualization of anatomical structures and abnormalities.* Assist radiologists and physicians in image interpretation.* Position patients appropriately on the table and provide instructions for maintaining stillness during the examination to minimize motion artifacts.**Requirements:*** High School Diploma/GED* ARRT registry in Radiography (R) required* Must obtain ARRT registry in CT and/or MRI within one year of hire date* Military training graduate of JRCERT-accredited program required can substitute for ARRT registration requirement* Current license with Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy is required**Preferred Requirements:*** Experience working as a CT and/or MRI Technologist in a hospital or medical imaging facility preferred**Work Experience****Education**### *If you would like to be part of a growing family focused on supporting clinical excellence, teamwork and innovation, we urge you to apply now!*### Baptist Health is an *Equal Employment Opportunity* employer.[](blob:https://bhs.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/62df63b7-5b50-4a16-9184-c24fcbeeec15)0:00 / 2:44 #J-18808-Ljbffr
