Registered Nurse - NICU - (Night shift)

What You’ll Do

Deliver specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) during 12-hour night shifts

Apply your NICU training and clinical expertise to provide world‑class, compassionate care to vulnerable newborns

Work within a patient‑focused, whole‑person care culture that values and respects the contributions of nurses

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Experience You’ll Need

At least 1 year of nursing experience

Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (not including clinical placements)

Licenses & Certifications (Required Upon Hire)

California Registered Nurse License

BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

NRP Certification (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – American Academy of Pediatrics)

Education

Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Minimum education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred but not stated as required)
